* We will begin each day with energising early morning kundalini yoga
* Yoga will be followed by chanting to uplift your spirit
* Breakfast will be nourishing, organic and fresh
* After breakfast the time is yours to read, use the meditation room, explore the surrounding countryside, develop new friendships
* Late morning there will be two meditations - one physical and one relaxation based - to elevate you. Or a dance class to energise and focus you
* Lunch will be freshly prepared for you using ingredients from the top 100 worlds healthiest foods list
* Mid afternoon until evening we'll look at topics around movitation and practice hatha stretches and kundalini yoga to naturally boost motivation
* A delicious dinner will be followed by an evening meditation, dance session, gentle yoga or pranayama
