How much experience should I have?

 Whatever your experience of yoga, you will be well looked after and
 able to participate in all the classes

Coming alone?

 Most people come alone and
 made to feel at home
 from the moment they
 arrive. There's always a
 friendly astmosphere and
 often firm friendships made

How large are the groups?

 UK retreats: between 14 to 24 people
 Worldwide holidays: 10 to 12 people

What's a typical group?

 There is a wide range of yoga
 experience on every trip. Each group
 is of mixed ability and age range,
 from mid-20s up. All come with
 similar intentions: to have a healthier, happier and less stressful lifeto feel focused & uplifted in an inspiring environment to have fun

Travel share

 Sharing creates opportunity.
 For eco & cost efficiency
 all attendees on UK retreats
 are advised of all car and taxi
 share opportunities and
 encouraged to travel together

What type of yoga will be taught?

 Tabitha teaches kundalini yoga and hatha yoga and her classes also
 bring in elements from other styles. You'll experience a transforming
 combination of asana, mudra, mantra, meditation, relaxation,
 pranayama. Along with all the benefits that yoga brings, you'll deepen
 your sense of awareness, the ability to look within and surrender to the
 present moment. Each yoga session is different, challenging but fun

What if I have special dietary requirements?

 The diet is always vegetarian. On UK retreats you'll be treated to
 some of the most delicious food you have ever tasted, made from fresh
 organic ingredients, mostly from the world's 100 healthiest foods list.
 The booking form, which you'll complete before the holiday, provides
 the opportunity to tell us about any special dietary requirements

What's included?

 UK retreats: accommodation, all meals, a full schedule of yoga activities.
 The yoga holidays vary depending on destination but all include: internal
 transfers, accommodation, breakfast, all yoga activities

What should I pack?

 We will send a check list of what to bring when you make
 your reservation, so you don't forget anything important
