A Few Simple Tips to Happier, Healthier Living

Envy is a waste of time

Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

Don't compare your partner with others or focus on their past mistakes as it ruins your present happiness..

Always remember, no one is in charge of your happiness except you. Your inner most is always happy. So be happy.

Forgive everyone for everything. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present

However good or bad a situation is, it will always change.
GREAT RECIPE for DAILY LIVING

Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day.
While you walk remember to breathe deeply and smile.

Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.

Sleep for at least 7 hours.

Try to live with the 3 E's -
Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.

Try to make at least 3 people smile each day

Don't take yourself too seriously. Play more games.
Set some positive intentions to....

Read more books in 2010 than you did the previous year.

Make time to practice meditation, yoga, and singing. They provide us with daily fuel for our busy lives.


Dream more while you are awake.

Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in factories.

Become more aware of your negative thoughts and let them go. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.

Each day give something good to others.

Agree to disagree.
Remind yourself that you don't have to win every argument.
