 The Yoga Retreat

The day begins with Kundalini Yoga & chanting (2hrs)

Breakfast will be nourishing, mostly organic and fresh

After breakfast we enjoy an hour of silence.
Silence is creative, it builds trust, it gives rest, it brings balance,
it promotes the inner & allows real communication

Morning workshop (2hrs)

A healthy, nutritious, delicious lunch will be freshly prepared for you

Afternoon workshop (2hrs)

A delicious, nutritious dinner will be followed by an evening meditation, yoga nidra, dance session, calming yoga or pranayama
